What this policy covers
This policy describes cookies and browser-storage technologies used by or associated with the netlinkE website. A cookie is a small value stored by a browser; localStorage and sessionStorage are browser stores with similar operational uses. Security, operational and browser-storage technologies may remain active at launch.
Security and operational technologies
netlinkE uses Cloudflare to help deliver, protect and operate the website. Cloudflare may process technical request and security information and may set technologies such as cf_clearance when a security challenge is completed. Cloudflare Browser Insights may also collect operational performance information. These technologies form part of the website's security and operational infrastructure.
WordPress operational storage
WordPress or the browser may use limited session storage for technical functions such as browser capability checks. For example, wpEmojiSettingsSupports may be used to determine emoji support. This storage is not used by netlinkE as a marketing profile.
WooCommerce technologies
WooCommerce remains installed as part of the underlying WordPress environment, but commerce is deferred from the Website-v1 public experience.
The Website-v1 launch configuration is designed to suppress WooCommerce attribution and cart-related browser storage on governed non-commerce pages, including Sourcebuster attribution and cart-fragment storage.
This behavior remains subject to production release verification.
Analytics
The Website-v1 launch configuration does not intentionally run Google Analytics or other marketing or behavioural analytics.
Existing Google Analytics configuration is retained internally for possible future use, but analytics must not be reactivated without a separate privacy, consent and measurement review.
Your choices
Website-v1 does not intentionally use marketing or behavioural analytics at launch. Security and operational technologies may still be used to deliver and protect the website.
If netlinkE later introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential measurement technologies, the relevant privacy, consent and user-control requirements will be reviewed before activation and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Future analytics and measurement
Publishing or updating this policy does not by itself authorize new analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking.
Any future measurement change must go through technical review, privacy and consent review, policy update and implementation verification before activation.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website's technologies, infrastructure or measurement practices change. The last-updated date will be shown above.
